During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays all of our houses have a four-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
