 At its core, Greybeard’s newly established Clean Home Promise was created to ensure we are given an opportunity to be notified of any cleanliness concerns and make it right.

If you come into one of our homes, and it has not been cleaned or maintained to reflect our high standard, we encourage you to contact us so we can send a member of our housekeeping team to return for a touch-up clean at no cost. Please note that a refund will not be issued if Greybeard is not notified of cleanliness issues by 10:00 AM the day after your arrival and/or we are not given the opportunity to address the issue(s) during your stay. 

Our hope is that this policy speaks to one of Greybeard's core values of continually aiming to improve and provide the best customer service possible. No matter the situation, we always want to make it right and make sure you leave happier than when you arrived!
