Sanitation and Cleanliness Procedures
Here are a few ways our cleaning operations reflect our commitment to health and safety:
- Housekeepers are provided with aprons and gloves that are changed throughout the cleaning process as they shift from used items to clean items
- Housekeepers are utilizing disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC specifications, including the implementation of medical-grade disinfectants.
- Housekeepers are paying extra attention to high-touch areas around the home such as light switches, faucets and door handles, and disinfecting all surfaces
- All sheets and towels are professionally laundered offsite
- Professional inspectors check homes after housekeepers clean to ensure quality control after every stay.
- Greybeard employees have joined in with the Asheville Cares Pledge and will be wearing face coverings when interacting with guests and members of the public. In addition, frequent hand-washing, physical distancing, and regular employee wellness screenings will take place
- Keyless entry access is available at over 60% of our rental homes and contact-free key pickup is available for homes with keys.
