Asheville's Historic Montford District has long-maintained this one-day neighborhood street festival in September for thousands to enjoy live music, arts and crafts, and a great food selection.
Attendees have an opportunity to shop from over 100 local vendors and get acquainted with area services, artists and artisans display their craft and products which they offer for sale, live music performances take place from two different full stage areas, and a variety of food trucks are on site that appeals to a wide range of tastes and preferences.
The Montford area is known for its unique architecture that ranges from turn of the century Victorian style homes to Arts and Craft homes.
The Montford Music and Arts Festival runs from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
