This cute Montreat cottage has a great front porch for rocking on those warm summer nights. The upstairs has a sitting area with a Queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV for streaming only; two bedrooms (one with 2 twins and one bedroom with a queen bed). There is a full hall bath. The main floor has two bedrooms (one with a full bed and the other bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom), a living room, with a Smart TV for streaming dining room, and kitchen. It is a 10-minute walk to Lake Susan and a 5-minute drive to Black Mountain. Level driveway with room for 2 or 3 vehicles.

PLEASE NOTE: There is central air on the main floor ONLY. There is no ductwork on the 2nd floor. However, there is a window a/c unit on the 2nd floor, in the den area. The ice maker is not functional. From mid-August to mid-May, this home will rent monthly. Please reach out to inquire about Potter's monthly rates.

Kitchen was amazing, fully stocked, very much appreciated. Would love to stay there with family on one of our Montreat visits.

The house was exactly what I was looking for in a historic Montreat house. Loved that it had a drive up to the kitchen door. And that it was a flat walk to all activities.
