Parker House is located in the historic Montford area of Asheville. It's an easy walk to downtown Asheville, where you will find fabulous restaurants, live music, art galleries, and shopping.  

Apartment A is a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the main level of the house. It's newly renovated and has all the modern-day conveniences to be a home away from home. Equipped with Wifi, Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu with live TV. There's also a washer/dryer, and all the essentials necessary for comfortable living. 

Apartment Layout:
Living room with TV;  Great kitchen with seating at the island; Bedroom with a queen bed; Bedroom with a queen bed; Full hall bath with walk-in shower.

Please Note: The apartment is rented monthly. Included with the monthly rent is a $100 per month power allowance and a $50 per month water allowance. Any overage is to be reimbursed by the tenant. On-street parking is available for Apt A. Driveway parking is reserved for Apt B (upper level).

Spent a lovely month at Parker House A. The location was perfect for us, in a charming neighborhood and only a few minutes to downtown. You can walk to downtown, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc. Loved sitting on the front porch and chatting with neighbors. It also had the best stocked kitchen, absolutely everything you could need. Decorated beautifully. Hoping to stay there again in the future!

We loved our time on Flint Street! We stayed and worked remotely from here for a month - used our time to explore the city, beautiful mountains, take advantage of the weather and all that Asheville has to offer. It was the perfect set up for two people and prime location! We couldn't have asked for more and were sad to leave!

It's in the most GORGEOUS neighborhood. The interior looks like a professional decorator placed everything. I wish my home was as nice as this one.

Felt like home from the time I walked in the door. Walking distance to downtown, great neighborhood. Everything you need provided in the kitchen and bathroom.

We particularly enjoyed the superb kitchen, HULU TV, great porch, proximity to downtown Asheville and walks around the Montford neighborhood.We appreciated the owner's accomodation of our need to extend our stay for several days. We recommend Little Girl Eatery on Wall Street, the Fine Arts Theatre on Biltmore Ave and a trip to the Arboretum.

WHERE IS THIS HOUSE LOCATED?

ParkerHouse Apt A. is located in Asheville. This home is approximately 5 minutes to downtown Asheville. Click on the location tab above to locate this house on a map.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you need to cancel your reservation and the property you had reserved re-rents for the time which you had it reserved, you will be refunded all money you had paid minus an $89 cancellation fee. If you cancel and the property does not re-rent for your reserved dates, you will lose all money you have paid to that point. For this reason, we recommend that you purchase trip insurance. Please call 888-228-8008 before making a reservation if you have questions or concerns.

WHAT ARE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT TIMES?

Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. It is important that we adhere to these times, because there is a chance that someone else will be checking out/in before or after you and we need sufficient time to ready the house for the next renter. If you wish to check-in early, there is a $50 early check-in fee that can be added on to your reservation. Early check-in is only available if someone is not checking out on the morning of your arrival.

WHERE DO WE CHECK-IN/PICK UP KEYS?

You will receive check-in instructions prior to your arrival with driving directions and key access information. You do not need to stop by our office to pick up your keys. You will go straight to the house and check-in starting at 4pm

WHAT IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY DURING OUR STAY?

If you are having a medical emergency, dial 911 from the phone in your rental home or cell phone.

We hope that your stay in the area will be relaxing and without incident, but should you need to get in touch with Greybeard, we have someone on call 24 hours a day. Just call our office at 828-669-1072 and dial extension 203, which will forward to the cell phone of the person on call. Please do not hesitate to call us if something needs immediate attention, but if your question or concern can wait, we ask that you call the office during normal office hours.

WHEN IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDED?

Security deposits are returned within 30 days of guest departure.

WHEN ARE HOMES WITH GAS LOGS IN OPERATION?

Gas logs are not in operation May through September due to the warmer summer months. 

Absolutely NO fires are permitted outside unless the property is fitted with a fire ring/fire pit. You cannot bring your own portable fire pit. 

IS WIFI SERVICE INCLUDED WITH MY RENTAL RESERVATION? WILL I HAVE CELL PHONE SERVICE AT MY RENTAL?

Wifi is available at Parker House Apt A. Please note that Greybeard Rentals does not guarantee internet connectivity or speed. Each individual homeowner contracts directly with an internet service provider, and due to a variety of reasons, Greybeard does not guarantee service. Our Black Mountain and Asheville offices have wifi service available if needed.

Cell phone service is not guaranteed. You may check with your service provider to see if service is available.
