Vintage Market Days: Christmas in Asheville

When: Friday, November 21 through Sunday, November 23, 2025, from 10 AM-4 PM on Friday and Saturday and 10 AM-3 PM on Sunday. VIP ticketholders can enjoy early access at 9 AM on Friday & Saturday.
Where: WNC Ag Center (761 Boylston Hwy, Fletcher, NC 28732)
What: Vintage Market Days® is an upscale vintage and vintage-inspired indoor/outdoor flea market featuring original art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade treasures, home decor, outdoor furnishings, and more. This holiday edition of the event promises nostalgia and cheer!

When: Saturday, November 22 & Sunday, November 23, 2025, from 10 AM-5 PM
Where: Odonata Farm (5640 Paint Fork Rd, Mars Hill, NC 28754)
What: The 15th Annual Marshall Handmade Market features some of the best makers in the region and will have handmade goods, coffee, local artisan pastries, and delicious food from one of Asheville’s favorite food trucks. This is a local and visitor favorite market that is not to be missed! Note: There will be a shuttle running continuously from the parking lot of the Mars Hill Ingles at 225 Carl Eller Rd.

When: Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 9 AM-6:30 PM
Where: Morganton’s Main Street (112 B W. Union St, Morganton, NC 28655)
What: This small town will host its annual holiday farmers’ market with fresh vegetables, delicious baked goods, and adorable local crafts from 9 AM to 2 PM at the corner of Green Street and Avery Avenue. The market will be followed by the annual Winter Carnival from 2:30-6:30 PM, which includes ice carving and the lighting of downtown in the courthouse square!

When: Saturday, December 6 & Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 12-6 PM
Where: Harrah's Cherokee Center (87 Haywood St, Asheville, NC 28801)
What: Held twice annually in the heart of Asheville, The Big Crafty has been voted Best Arts & Crafts Fair by Mountain Xpress every year since it began in 2008. This heartfelt community tradition brings together an eclectic array of talented backyard artists, juried prize-winners, and those who delight in them. Admission is $10 on Saturday and free on Sunday.

When: Saturday, December 6 & Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 10 AM-4 PM
Where: Folk Art Center (382 Blue Rdg Pkwy, Asheville, NC 28805)
What: Hosted by the Southern Highland Craft Guild, the Folk Art Center's inventory will be discounted between 10% and 50% off its original retail price during this special holiday sale! Choose from a variety of gift items, including ceramics, jewelry, fiber, apparel, paper, glass & wood. This sale is an opportunity for member artisans to cycle out the remaining designs of the year at this market, so they can begin the new year with a fresh start!

When: Friday, November 21 (from 4-8 PM) & Saturday, December 6, 2025 (from 3-7 PM)
Where: Biltmore Park Town Square (One Town Square Blvd, Asheville, NC 28803). Not to be confused with Biltmore Village near the Biltmore Estate!
What: There will be events happening all month long, but there are two extra special events happening on Friday, November 21, and Saturday, December 6, 2025. On November 21, enjoy the Town Square Tree Lighting and Holiday Market from 4-8 PM (tree lighting at 6:30 PM), and on December 6, enjoy Santa in the Square & Holiday Market from 3-7 PM (visits with Santa from 3-6 PM). Both markets will feature regional foods, handcrafted gifts, festive treats, and seasonal décor (including fresh-cut Christmas trees and wreaths). Come be part of the festive atmosphere in this beautifully decorated square!

What: Support local + indie this holiday season inside the Asheville Mall! Show & Tell has transformed an empty storefront into a festive shopping experience for their 11th Annual Holiday Pop Up Shop. Featuring 120+ vendors, you'll find spice blends, gourmet popcorn, jewelry, ceramics, apparel, vintage home and clothes, seasonal decor, candles, pet bandanas, tea towels, original art, and so much more. You’re sure to find a gift for everyone on your list!

Where: Grove Arcade (1 Page Ave, Asheville, NC 28801)
What: The party kicks off with an all-day Holiday Market curated by the Southern Highland Craft Guild starting at 12 pm. Then, the evening festivities begin at 5 pm! There will be an outdoor DJ set by Captains of Revelry in their vintage airstream, an indoor jazz set by the Bill Bares jazz trio inside the Grove Arcade Atrium, photo-ops & Meet & Greet with Santa Claus, outdoor pop-up bars with Grove Arcade merchants along Restaurant Row, performances by the Asheville Ballet Holiday entertainment and caroling all night long, a family-friendly Letters to Santa crafting station, and more!
