Located within a "stone's throw" from everything the picturesque Town of Black Mountain has to offer, Stone Court offers an inviting, stylish interior that will instantly relax you into a vacation state of mind along with fantastic outdoor spaces that include a wood-burning stone fireplace, luxurious hot tub, and turf area that serves as a Bocce ball court, putting green, and backyard for corn hole!  We love animals, but NO PETS in this home please.
 
About the Home 
• Well-equipped kitchen with gas range stove, dishwasher, coffee station with French Press and drip-style coffee maker, and wet bar with bar sink and wine refrigerator. 
• Island seating for 6 and dining area with seating for 6. 
• Spacious living room with gas log fireplace, 55" SmartTV (cable and YouTube TV available), puzzle/game table, and sunroom with reading chairs and a selection of books. 
• Front porch for morning coffee and relaxing with mountain views. 
• Covered side porch with lounge area and gas grill. 
• Lower-level spa room with a heated massage chair, yoga essentials, and patio access. 
• Fully enclosed and private courtyard with covered lounge area, outdoor dining for 6, and custom wood burning, stone fireplace with pergola and Adirondack seating. 
• Sunken, stone-surround hot tub for 7 with a low-chlorine chemical system and customized jets for the ultimate therapeutic massage experience. 
• A turf Bocce ball court serves as a dual-purpose space, with putting green and corn hole boards also available. 
• Downtown Black Mountain is easily accessible from the back patio gate with a keypad entry to make exploring a breeze. 
• Two bikes are located on racks in the laundry room and are available for guest use.  
• No pets allowed, please.

• The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 46" SmartTV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. 
• The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 42" SmartTV, and a private sunroom with a sitting area. 
• The third bedroom offers a king-size bed and a 42" SmartTV. A full bathroom, with an original shower, can be accessed from the hallway between the second and third bedrooms.

Please note: New home construction next door is scheduled to begin in June 2024, but there is no construction activity after 5 or 6 PM. There is a lower-level apartment occasionally occupied by the owners. It is not a second vacation rental property. The owner's apartment has a separate driveway and entrance, and there are no shared spaces. 

There is an electric car charging station nearby at the Black Mountain Public Library. Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fireplace, but guests can purchase bundles of wood at any local grocery store or convenience store.

Amazing Property!!!

This property did NOT disappoint. It was in a great location, the layout of the house was perfect, and tons of places to relax (inside, outside, front porch, side porch, sun room...I think we counted 30+ seats). The backyard was splendid... the hot tub is spacious, the sitting area was quaint and comfy and the bocce court was a plus. To the owners: Thank you for sharing this property! TAKE ME BACK TO STONE COURT, BLACK MOUNTAIN!

This is my favorite vacation rental. It's location around the corner from the twin center made it walkable for our whole party. The renovated interior was sparkling clean and fully equipped. Best of all was the enclosed courtyard with messaging, hot tub and fireplace!

This home is so quaint with so much attention to detail! Very conveniently located to downtown shops and restaurants. It’s awesome to stay in too and enjoy the many spaces outdoors for relaxing in the hot tub, by the fireplace or just in a rocker. The beds were so comfy. Lots of extra touches including a French coffee press, bikes and helmets and a quaint reading room with lots of books and games. We will definitely return!

I have been disappointed in the past when the pictures on display don’t match a rental home. Stone Court’s pictures impressed and they were authentic. The home was so tidy and had a designers,artistic, simple decor. We were so comfortable. Sat by the fire and enjoyed a movie in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the jacuzzi a bonus. Walking to Black mountain to pick up My Father’s Pizza, especially on a gorgeous fall day with all the leaves changing. We are very satisfied. And we will return. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Such a great getaway! No detail has been spared in this house. Ultra clean, decorated beautifully, comfy beds, books, yoga room. The perfect place to relax, play games, spend time with family/friends - there's truly something for everyone. And the location is perfect - walkable to almost anywhere in Black Mountain. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Black Mountain is the cutest mountain town right outside of Asheville. We had been through there before and were looking for a place close to everything to stay for a long weekend. Stone Court had it all! Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and shops galore! We had so much fun waking around and enjoying the music. The local restaurants did not disappoint at all. We had three fabulous meals only blocks away. Stone Court was a great house! Three bedrooms with TV’s in each room, book room stocked with great reading and a fabulous cooks kitchen The owners did a fabulous job paying attention to the details of making the house like a home. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes and glass wear. The outdoor area was so fun! Putting green, hot tub and fireplace were awesome! We just wish we could have stayed longer!
