This posh, sun-filled apartment is conveniently located less than a 5-minute drive from downtown Black Mountain, and it's an easy 20-minute drive to downtown Asheville. The Flat Creek Greenway is also right outside your door! Impeccably furnished with West Elm decor & furniture, this airy 800 sq. feet loft boasts a lofted ceiling, a customized chef's kitchen, and a compact balcony with bistro seating to enjoy!

Please note: Dogs are welcome during your stay for an additional fee. Due to the owner's allergies, regretfully no cats are allowed. The loft has a private entrance and enough parking space for one car. The main house and garage are NOT part of the rental. There is also an LG washer and dryer for your convenience.

Everything in the condo was top notch. Clean, Comfortable and enjoyable. Loved the Greenway with the running stream behind the development. Great for an early morning walk. Also convenient for walking to Black Mountain downtown.

We loved this cute little apartment in Black Mountain! It was just as pictured, very clean, and in a cute neighborhood close to downtown. It was nice to be able to walk our dogs on the greenway behind the property and was an easy drive to Asheville. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

Everything! Serenity. Room with a view. Surrounded by nature. Tucked away yet close to everything. Chef's kitchen. Bright and happy atmosphere with space to unwind, spread out and simply be. A place of rest and peace. I felt like I had arrived home... finally!

While this isn't a \"cabin in the woods\" kind of rental, it still provides everything you need to get away and hide for a few days. Close to town, a quiet street and neighborhood, and nicely appointed.

Perfect for a weekend trip for my wife and I and our 2 dogs. The greenway starts right behind the unit and is a nice 1/2 mile walk. Short walk into Black Mountain and a short drive to Montreat. We definitely recommend this location!

Loved this little apartment. It was so cute and very clean. I brought my dog and there was a great spot to walk her right behind the apartment.

Had an issue with the breaker flipping occasionally but GreyBeard did a fantastic job to stay in communication with me once I let them know there was a small issue. Did not end up being an issue at all and had a wonderful trip at this place.

The location is perfect. The property is conveniently located to downtown, hiking trails and it was easy to access the BRP. Check in/out could not have been any easier and we had fantastic communication from Greybeard. We would definitely stay again!

The space was beautiful and very comfortable and the location was perfect. We loved that we could walk to town via the Greenway. It was also in close proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Lake Lure & Lake James. We had hiking trips planned as well as stand up paddle boarding on Lake Lure. The scenery was spectacular!! It's about a 25 minute car ride to Asheville in the event you wanted to partake in a nice dinner, do some shopping or visit the many breweries!! The apartment was a great value for the money!!

The Cotton Apartment had everything we needed. It was very nicely decorated and comfortable, there were plenty of linens and towels, and the kitchen was well appointed. We liked the location next to Flat Creek and the Greenway, and the little neighborhood was adorable. Loved the kitchen appliances, too. There were books on the shelf to read, and a few games so we can play as well.

Rental is outfitted very well. It's very clean and comfortable. Truly, a home away from home. Plenty of space especially for 2 people. Easy to cook at home. Great location to get to local restaurants/parkway.

Spotless. Everything seemed very new. I adore this apartment. There wasn't anything we needed. Everything was there. They even left a loaf of pumpkin bread from a local bakery. The apartment is just a couple of minutes outside of town by car. About 30 minutes from Ashville and Justus Orchard. I would recommend this apartment 100%.

WHERE IS THIS HOUSE LOCATED?

Luxe Loft is located in Black Mountain. This home approximately a 5-minute drive to downtown Black Mountain and a 25-minute drive to Asheville. Click on the location tab above to locate this house on a map.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

This property offers a flexible cancellation policy that differs from the standard cancellation policy. The policy for this home is the relaxed policy. The terms of the policy are as stated:  RELAXED - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.  

WHEN IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDED?

Security deposits are returned within 30 days of guest departure.

WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY AND FEE?

Luxe Loft is specified as "pet friendly" and dogs are allowed. Unfortunately, due to common allergy problems we cannot allow cats. For the privilege of bringing your dog, there is a minimum charge of $100 nonrefundable fee per pet. A maximum of two dogs are allowed unless you have received special permission from the property manager or homeowner. Any damage that may be caused by your pet during your stay will be paid for out of your security deposit or charged to the credit card we have on file. There is a county-wide leash law in place. When taking your dog outside of a gated area, please ensure that they are on a leash. 

WHAT ARE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT TIMES?

Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. It is important that we adhere to these times, because there is a chance that someone else will be checking out/in before or after you and we need sufficient time to ready the house for the next renter. If you wish to check-in early, there is a $50 early check-in fee that can be added on to your reservation. Early check-in is only available if someone is not checking out on the morning of your arrival.

WHERE DO WE CHECK-IN/PICK UP KEYS?

Luxe Loft has a keyless entry system. You will receive a unique access code within 3 days of your arrival, allowing you to go straight to the house and check-in starting at 4pm.

WHAT IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY DURING OUR STAY?

If you are having a medical emergency, dial 911 from the phone in your rental home or cell phone.

We hope that your stay in the area will be relaxing and without incident, but should you need to get in touch with Greybeard, we have someone on call 24 hours a day. Just call our office at 828-669-1072 and select option 1, which will forward to the cell phone of the person on call. Please do not hesitate to call us if something needs immediate attention, but if your question or concern can wait, we ask that you call the office during normal office hours.

IS THERE AN OUTDOOR FIRE PIT? 

This home does not provide an outdoor fire pit. Absolutely NO fires are permitted outside unless the property is fitted with a fire ring/fire pit, and you cannot bring your own portable fire pit. 

IS WIFI SERVICE INCLUDED WITH MY RENTAL RESERVATION? WILL I HAVE CELL PHONE SERVICE AT MY RENTAL?

Wifi is available at Luxe Loft. Please note that Greybeard Rentals does not guarantee internet connectivity or speed. Each individual homeowner contracts directly with an internet service provider, and due to a variety of reasons, Greybeard does not guarantee service. Our Black Mountain and Asheville offices have wifi service available if needed.

Cell phone service is not guaranteed. You may check with your service provider to see if service is available.
