No need to sacrifice comfort during your stay, as this home features two bedrooms with California king beds.

Located in a quiet, residential community less than 10 minutes east of Downtown Asheville, you'll fall in love with this idyllic and comfortable locale. Within a 5 minute drive, you'll find popular local restaurants like Rendezvous, East Village Grill, Mama's and Beer Mexican Restaurant, and Copper Crown, along with Highland Brewing Company where you can enjoy an incredible craft beer selection, a rotating schedule of gourmet food trucks, and various events through the year. East Asheville also features numerous grocery stores, including Aldi, Ingles Markets, and Whole Foods.

You'll also enjoy convenient access to downtown Asheville and the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, each less than a 10-minute drive away! For guests wanting to stay active during their stay, you can join one of the local gyms within a 10-minute drive. Golfing enthusiasts can take in 18 rounds at the nearby Asheville Municipal Golf Course, one of Western North Carolina's oldest golf courses. East Asheville's Azalea Park is a perfect spot to catch a soccer match, ride your bike, or take a float down the river. Your furry friends will also love meeting new friends at Azalea's large dog park, with two separate sections for large vs. small dogs.

Main level- Spacious living room with Smart TV and wood-burning fireplace; Bedroom with California King; Full hall bath with a shower/tub combo; Bedroom with California King; Dining area with seating for 8; Updated galley kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, and standard coffee maker.
Lower level- Bathroom with shower/tub combo and connected laundry room; Den with a dedicated workspace, Queen murphy bed, Smart TV (streaming options available with personal streaming subscriptions), and dedicated workspace.
Outdoors- Brand new back deck with mountain views, large back yard; off-street parking for 2-3 cars.

Please note: This home is pet friendly with an additional pet fee. Pets should be house-trained, bathed before arrival, and up-to-date on their flea and tick treatment. Pet owners should pick up their dog's waste and dispose of it properly prior to departure. This home is a monthly, furnished rental with a 30-night minimum requirement. Included in the monthly rent is a $150 monthly utility allowance for water, power, and gas. Any overages are to be reimbursed by the tenant. Trash and recycling service included.

WHERE IS THIS HOUSE LOCATED?

Cozy Ridge is located in Asheville. The home is approximately 5 minutes from the Southern Highland Craft Guild & Folk Art Center, 8 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center, 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and The Biltmore Estate, 15 minutes from Black Mountain, and 25 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you need to cancel your reservation and the property you had reserved re-rents for the time which you had it reserved, you will be refunded all money you had paid minus an $89 cancellation fee. If you cancel and the property does not re-rent for your reserved dates, you will lose all money you have paid to that point. For this reason, we recommend that you purchase trip insurance. Please call 888-228-8008 before making a reservation if you have questions or concerns.

WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY AND FEE?

Cozy Ridge is specified as "pet friendly" and dogs are allowed. Unfortunately, due to common allergy problems we cannot allow cats. For the privilege of bringing your dog, there is a minimum charge of $250 nonrefundable fee per pet. A maximum of two dogs are allowed unless you have received special permission from the property manager or homeowner. Any damage that may be caused by your pet during your stay will be paid for out of your security deposit or charged to the credit card we have on file. There is a county-wide leash law in place. When taking your dog outside of a gated area, please ensure that they are on a leash. 

WHAT ARE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT TIMES?

Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. It is important that we adhere to these times, because there is a chance that someone else will be checking out/in before or after you and we need sufficient time to ready the house for the next renter. If you wish to check-in early, there is a $50 early check-in fee that can be added on to your reservation. Early check-in is only available if someone is not checking out on the morning of your arrival.

WHERE DO WE CHECK-IN/PICK UP KEYS?

You will receive check-in instructions prior to your arrival with driving directions and key access information. You do not need to stop by our office to pick up your keys. You will go straight to the house and check-in starting at 4pm.

WHAT IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY DURING OUR STAY?

If you are having a medical emergency, dial 911 from the phone in your rental home or cell phone.

We hope that your stay in the area will be relaxing and without incident, but should you need to get in touch with Greybeard, we have someone on call 24 hours a day. Just call our office at 828-669-1072 and select option 1, which will forward to the cell phone of the person on call. Please do not hesitate to call us if something needs immediate attention, but if your question or concern can wait, we ask that you call the office during normal office hours.

WHEN IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDED?

Security deposits are returned within 30 days of guest departure.

WHEN ARE HOMES WITH GAS LOGS IN OPERATION?

The fireplace in the living room at Cozy Ridge is NOT usable. 

IS THERE AN OUTDOOR FIRE PIT? 

This home does not provide an outdoor fire pit. Absolutely NO fires are permitted outside unless the property is fitted with a fire ring/fire pit, and you cannot bring your own portable fire pit. 

IS WIFI SERVICE INCLUDED WITH MY RENTAL RESERVATION? WILL I HAVE CELL PHONE SERVICE AT MY RENTAL?

Wifi is available at Cozy Ridge. Please note that Greybeard Rentals does not guarantee internet connectivity or speed. Each individual homeowner contracts directly with an internet service provider, and due to a variety of reasons, Greybeard does not guarantee service. Our Black Mountain and Asheville offices have wifi service available if needed.

Cell phone service is not guaranteed. You may check with your service provider to see if service is available.
