WNC Nature Center's Brews & Bears

Brews & Bears is an after-hours summer event series & fundraiser at the Western North Carolina Nature Center that happens on the second Friday in May, June, July, August, and September, from 5:30 pm to 8 pm. Along with live music, the events will feature beer from Highland Brewing, cider from Appalachian Mountain Brewery, wine from MetroWines, Gluten-free beer from DSSOLVR, and NA options from Devil's Foot. There will also be food from Gypsy Queen Cuisine, Cecilia’s Kitchen Food Truck, Bigfoot-Longs Hotdog Cart, and KONA Ice.

During the events, you can:

• Watch Black Bears Uno and Ursa enjoy popsicle enrichment
• Learn how to help bears in the wild with BearWise
• Walk in the park with your favorite drink in hand
• Support the wild animals you love through donations!

Tickets are $15 to $35, with options for members, non-members, and VIPs.
