The 10th Annual Get In Gear Festival returns to the Adventure Center of Asheville on April 26, 2025, from 12-5 PM. Free to attend, you'll have the opportunity to connect with local companies and products, demo the latest gear, and enjoy exclusive sales, discounts, and giveaways. You can also enjoy:
- Local food and beverages
- Live music with Aaron LaFalce from 1-3 PM
- On-site activities for all ages and outdoor experience levels
The Adventure Center will be offering adventure activities at regular cost, including Ziplines, KidZip, Treetops Park, and Kolo Bike Park. There will also be donation-based family outdoor activities, including Fly Fishing Casting Demos, Kayak Rolling, Bouldering Wall, Appalachian Wildlife Refuge Program, and Hay Rides. All Adventure Center activity proceeds that day will benefit Camp Lakey Gap Autism Programs.
