Rock Cats Rescue presents The Amazing Acro-Cats “Meowloween in June” Special at the Diana Wortham Theatre on Friday, June 12 (7 PM), Saturday, June 13 (7 PM), and Sunday, June 14 (2 PM).
Featured in the Netflix series Cat People, this is a performance you don't want to miss! This troupe of trained house cats (made up of former orphans, rescues, and strays) will give a spooky, one-of-a-kind, 90-minute purrformance that includes cats riding skateboards, jumping through hoops, ringing bells, balancing on balls, and performing other feats of agility and acrobatics.
Oh, and the show finale? A performance by the only all-cat band in the world: Tuna and the Skele-Cats! The Skele-Cats play guitar, drums, and piano, and they’ve been accompanied by the Jazz Cats on saxophone, trumpet, and clarinet.
In addition to their Netflix debut, the Amazing Acro-Cats have been featured on national TV shows including The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Animal Planet’s Puppy Bowl, CBS News Sunday Morning, and PBS Nova‘s “Cat Tales.” More recently, they were featured on the worldwide top 10 streaming podcast This Past Weekend with Theo Von.
