The Knuckle Deep Barbecue Festival is an annual competition in the river district of Asheville. This two-day event will be hosted at Wedge Brewing at Foundy on Saturday, November 5 and Sunday, November 6. Barbecue teams compete for glamorous prizes and eternal glory. Prize money this year will be at a record high (not really), as will be the level of competition. Attendees are encouraged to:
- Bring a voluntary donation to enter BBQ Alley
- Sample the best BBQ in WNC at team tents
- Buy some beverages
- VOTE… for The People’s Choice Awards!!!
