Description

This cute Montreat cottage has a great front porch for rocking on those summer nights. The upstairs has a sitting area with Smart TV for streaming only; two bedrooms (one with 2 twins and one bedroom with a queen bed. There is a full hall bath. The main floor has two bedrooms (one with a full bed and the other bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom), living room, with Smart TV for streaming dining room, and kitchen. It is a 10-minute walk to Lake Susan and a 5-minute drive to Black Mountain. Level driveway with room for 2 or 3 vehicles.

HOUSE LAYOUT:
Main floor: BR with full-size bed, BR with full on bottom/twin on top bunk bed, full hall bath.
Upstairs: BR with queen, BR with two twins, full hall bath; sitting room with Queen sleeper sofa.

PLEASE NOTE: There is central air on the main floor ONLY. There is no duct-work on the 2nd floor. However, there is a window a/c unit on the 2nd floor, in the den area.

From mid Aug to mid May only, Potter Cottage rents monthly for $1900 per month. Included with rent is a $100 power allowance per month and a $50 water allowance.
