Description

Wonderful Montreat home built in 1993. Very spacious with approximately 3500 sq feet of living space. Easy walk to Lake Susan (less than 5 minutes). The circular drive has room for 2 cars and the parking pad at the back of the house has room for 1 additional car. For your convenience, sheets and towels are provided for your visit.
Main floor:
~Bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath (this room also has a sleeper sofa that converts to a twin bed)
~living room with wood fireplace and 32 "TV
~dining table seats 8 and kitchen table seats 6 (21" TV in kitchen)
~half bath

Upstairs:
~bedroom with 2 twins and full bath (shower only)
~bedroom with 2 twins
~bedroom with a queen and a full bath (shower only)

Please note: the garage under house at back of property is not part of the rental. The owner has a car stored in garage and occasionally someone will move the car. This won't impact rental at all, except you might hear the garage door opening.

Sorry, but NO PETS. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.

A beautiful weekend in Montreat for our Church's annual congregational retreat was highlighted by spending time with 2 other couples at the Cottage. We had a wonderful visit and look forward to renting here again next year.

Four other ladies and myself had a wonderful time staying at The Cottage while we attended the first Worship and Music Conference at Montreat this past June. It was a great time for learning new music, worshiping and getting to know one another. Also meeting so many people from all over the USA. Staying at The Cottage provided the perfect spiritual mountain experience.

Comfortable, well-appointed home. Perfect Montreat location. Easy walk to Lake Susan and activities. Parking is limited to one vehicle on site, but that worked for our family. Spacious but also has open plan for family togetherness.
