Description

Magnificent rock walls welcome you when you arrive at Blessings Flow, and you’ll be greeted by a charming pair of carved wooden bears on the half-acre wooded lot. You’ll fall in love with the tranquility of this home and its Incredible indoor and outdoor spaces. The home was decorated by a professional interior designer, and throughout the house is fine art work and family heirlooms. Outside there’s a patio with a beautiful, landscaped garden and stone waterfall (summer months only). The screened in porch will also be a favorite of guests looking to relax and take in the natural surroundings of this Montreat home.

Easily accessible, one level home. Miles of hiking and biking trails are within a short walk from this home, while you’re just 5-7 minutes away from the beautiful town of Black Mountain and 20 minutes from Asheville and The Biltmore Estate.

Outdoor- Screened in porch with ceiling fan; patio with outdoor furniture; fire pit; private landscaped garden and stone waterfall (only during summer months).
