The annual Brewgrass Festival has been around since 1996 as Western North Carolina's original craft beer festival. The event, hosted at the Asheville Salvage Station, was named one of the Top 10 Beer Festivals by Thrillest and features over 100 beers and ciders that are local, regional, and nationally based. Past bluegrass music headliners have included former members of Yonder Mountain String band, Big Daddy Love, and the Packway Handle band. This year's music lineup will include the Sam Bush Band, Unspoken Tradition, Jamie Kent, Sanctum Sully, and more.Â
