Annie's Cozy Cabin was amazing! It is a new cabin, with everything we needed for our stay! They really have thought of everything to make your stay very enjoyable. The Greybeard Realty staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient during booking and during our stay. It is about 10-15 minutes from asheville, and Biltmore Village. I would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at annie's Cozy Cabin! The cabin was immaculate and stylish. The views were amazing. Great location too - close to the Biltmore and Lake Lure. Thank you for the pumpkin bread and for your hospitality.

A beautiful home for a getaway. Convenient to asheville and the Parkway. We spent a great deal of time on the porch enjoying the view. The Pumpkin Bread was a nice touch, and greatly enjoyed.
The road to the house was washed out which made it tricky in a car. The amount of traffic on the road, in front of the house, was more then expected.
Overall, the experience was wonderful and just what we needed.

My husband, 10 month old son and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of October. Check-in was very quick and easy. The road up to the cabin is steep and not paved, but our little car did not have a problem getting up there. The cabin itself is truly adorable and very very cozy! As others have mentioned, the pantry has a lot of items that previous guests had left - so we did not bring much and instead went to the grocery store right down the road after we saw what we needed. Lighter fluid, matches, tea, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and coffee filters were some items already in the pantry.
It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown asheville and just relaxing at the cabin is nice too - the deck is huge and has a beautiful view!
We did not want to leave and would absolutely come back again!

Annie's is perfect for 4 adults - we had a great time sitting on the porch with our sundowners enjoying the view. The approach to the cabin is a bit difficult but once there it was perfect. The Biltmore has become extremely commercial but was nice to see, unlikely we will return though. Asheville on the other hand was wonderful and Chimney Rock was fun.

Had a wonderful time at annie's. The attention to detail was delightful. Everything a 5 star resort has as far as accommodations was provided. A constant "show" was created on the "deck in the trees" overlooking the tops of trees and watching the antics of the birds as they came to the feeders attached to the railings on the deck. Hope all who follow us have as good a time as my husband and I.

The location is a bit tough to find at night. But the cabin is beautiful, the privacy is awesome. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. It provides the log cabin, atmosphere with wonderful technology and very very cozy. We enjoyed the sleep number beds, the kitchen already had a few things that we forgot.
Overall, we have already planned a trip back in the summer. Whether it is Annie's cabin or another GreyBeard property. Highly highly recommended, no complaints....at all

We enjoyed the view at the top of a mountain as well as the overall condition of the home: new appliances, great insulation and heating (it really is cozy!), the home was clean and tidy and had a great porch, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Overall a great place to relax, and only a 10-12 minute drive from asheville.

We really enjoyed our stay at Annie's. It was the perfect location for a weekend getaway for 4. The views were great and it was certainly was cozy. Not far from Asheville and all it has to offer with the benefits of being away from it all. I would highly recommend this great cabin.

The home was quiet, comfortable and clean. The view was great. The home was very convenient to Biltmore and grocery shopping. The locally made bread as a welcome gift was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay very much.
It would be nice if the beds were made up and the housekeeping staff took care of the laundry and trash. Some of your guests may be (and were) disabled, making those duties difficult.

We met my parents at the cabin. It was a wonderful place for us to meet. The cabin is set up well for 2 couples - and the view is fantastic. The cabin is well located to reach a number of tourist attractions in the area. I searched thru a number of listings trying to find a mountain cabin with a beautiful view, but with very few steps. My mom has 2 knee replacements and I wanted it to be comfortable for her. It was perfect. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to visit again.

The booking process was painless and efficient.
Home was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable.
Location was far out enough to "get away" but close enough to civilization for convenient access to shopping and restaurants.
I would adopt this place for year-round mountain fun if there was a fireplace or a hot tub.

We rented this cabin basically sight unseen, and found it much more charming than expected.
It seemed you were far from civilization, yet it was a quick drive to Asheville. The cabin was fairly new, with a rustic feel. I would go back if ever in the area.

I am so glad I found Annie's. This was my
second visit. I hated to leave early, but I had issues with my aging parents that needed to be addressed.
I plan on returning to Annie's again- as soon as possible!
Annie's is so quiet, and beautiful! The cabin feels secure. I love the pine. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are wonderful. It feels like paradise whenever I am there.
Thank you for having Annie's avaialable.
I will be back! Marilyn McClain
