Cook Cottage is a five bedroom old Montreat cottage built in 1919 with a short, easy, level walk to Anderson Auditorium and Lake Susan. Two floors, 4 bedrooms upstairs and a sleeping area on the lower floor. The house has two full baths, a wonderful deck on the back of the house, and a sun room/sitting area in the front. Lots of trees surround the house and there is a ceiling fan in the living room. Newly remodeled kitchen--compact but efficient. HOUSE LAYOUT: Main floor: Kitchen, living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining room, bedroom with full, bedroom with three twins, bedroom with two twins, sleeping porch with twin, full hall bath. Downstairs: twin bed and double futon, full hall bath. PLEASE NOTE: This house is not air-conditioned, and sheets and towels are NOT supplied.
