Montreat Vacation Rentals - Two Little Birds

Two Little Birds Cottage, originally built in the 1920's, was renovated in 2009 but has retained its period charm. The house has high ceilings, tall windows and vintage beadboard throughout. The 2009 renovation added a new second floor and updated the bathrooms and the kitchen with all new appliances. There are ceiling fans throughout and each bedroom as a window A/C unit. The house sleeps 14 and with only a 10 minute walk to Lake Susan makes an ideal location for small or large groups. HOUSE LAYOUT: Main floor: Living Room with full futon, kitchen, dining area that seats 12, BR with queen bed, full hall bath, BR with queen bed. Upstairs: Den with twin, 2 bedrooms each with 2 twins and twin bunk beds, full hall bath. PLEASE NOTE: The TV gets no reception and is for use with the DVD player only.
