This cute Montreat cottage has a great front porch for rocking on those summer nights. The upstairs has a sitting area with two bedrooms. The downstairs has two bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. It is a 10-minute walk to Lake Susan and a 5-minute drive to Black Mountain. Level driveway with room for 2 or 3 vehicles.
