Built in 2008, this two-story home has wonderful views of Black Mountain and Montreat. The top floor has a master suite with king bed and full bath and a spacious great room with gas fireplace, kitchen & dining areas. The great room opens to a large screened porch, perfect for viewing, rocking, and outdoor eating. The patio just outside the screened porch has a gas grill. The lower level of Massey Cottage has a full bath and a half bath, a laundry room, and three bedrooms---one with a queen & two with two twins each. For additional sleeping accomodations, there is a double sleeper sofa in the great room. All bedrooms have a full view of the valley. The split driveway is quite steep, but it accomodates parking for 3-4 cars.
