Greybeard Realty has over 100 long-term rentals located in Asheville, Black Mountain, and Montreat, NC. We offer 6 to 12 month leases on mostly unfurnished homes or cabins. We also manage furnished homes that can be rented by the month.  
 
To apply for a home we ask that you complete a basic application, which will be used to run a credit and background check.
